Easy Reader Centers in Tangerang (Easy Reader BSD, Gading Serpong, Sarua Permai, Cipadu and Bintaro), together with Asosiasi Sekolah Rumah & Pendidikan Alternatif (Asah Pena) Tangerang Selatan, and fully supported by Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tangerang Selatan under Bidang Pendidikan Dasar and Bidang Pendidikan Nonformal Informal (PNFI), has successfully conducted "Children Fun English Competition & Talkshow - Tangerang Selatan 2009", on Saturday, December 5th, 2009, at BSD Junction. The events was opened by Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tangerang Selatan, Mr. Drs. H. Dadang Sofyan MA, and almost 700 children from private and state schools were participated in this event, such as the students from Santa Ursula, Cikal Harapan, Ora et Labora, Al-Azhar, St. John, Stella Maris, Safanah, Aulady, Solideo, Global Jaya, Mutiara Indonesia, SD N from Rawabuntu, SD N from Pondok Jagung, SD N from Cisauk, etc. They attended the competition for Letters Hunt (Pre-school Category), Dictation (Grade 1 & 2, Grade 3 & 4 Category), and Story Telling (Grade 5 & 6 Category). Most parents wished that the events will be conducted regularly.
